Best Partner Enablement Platforms

The best partner enablement platforms for 2026, from hands-on lab platforms like CloudLabs, Skillable and Instruqt to PRM suites like Impartner, Channelscaler and ZINFI.

Best Partner Enablement Platforms

Here are the best partner enablement platforms for 2026, and what each one does best.

The list mixes three kinds of tool. Hands-on lab platforms teach partners the product by letting them use it. Partner relationship management (PRM) suites run the program, with portals, training paths and deal registration. Sales enablement tools and partner academies cover content, coaching and courses.

We ranked each platform on four things: how quickly it gets partners to real product proficiency, how well it shows which partners are actually engaged, how it fits into the CRM and LMS a vendor already runs, and how much public evidence backs its claims. Under each name, a “best for” line shows the job it does best.

1. CloudLabs

Best for: software vendors and cloud partners who want partners proficient on the real product, with hands-on certification and engagement tracking

CloudLabs homepage

CloudLabs gives partners browser-based labs on the vendor’s own software, running on Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud. A single lab can combine a cloud environment with the vendor’s SaaS product, so partners practice on the product alongside the cloud it runs on.

The partner program is built around those labs. Partners onboard through self-service flows, see content restricted to their partner level, and earn Bronze, Silver and Gold status through performance-based assessments graded on what they actually did in the lab. Partners can run co-branded, partner-delivered workshops for their own customers, and self-paced lab vouchers let them practice on their own schedule.

Partner activity dashboards and Power BI reports show who is progressing, and engagement signals go to the CRM for pipeline attribution. Portals can be white-labeled and labs launch from an LMS over LTI. The Cosmos AI lab builder turns a natural-language prompt into a full lab. CloudLabs is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant, can be run as a managed service, and offers 24/7 support around events.

CloudLabs has provisioned more than 5 million labs, upskilled more than 1 million participants and supported more than 50,000 events. Check Point, Databricks, Palo Alto Networks and Red Hat are among the ISVs on its partner enablement page. Qualifying ISVs can start with a free proof of concept.

2. Skillable

Best for: technical sales and channel enablement on hands-on, scored labs

Skillable homepage

Skillable’s technical sales enablement offering helps “technical sellers and channel partners sell, implement and support your software” through role-based, learn-by-doing labs. Labs provision and tear down Microsoft Azure, AWS and other cloud services automatically, and they connect to an LMS or LXP through LTI or Skillable’s APIs and webhooks.

The company traces its roots to 2004 and rebranded from Learn on Demand Systems to Skillable in November 2021. It says more than 400 companies have used it to launch more than 50 million labs, and it has been named a Leader in G2’s Virtual IT Labs category 21 times. Newer AI features include AI-assisted lab authoring and an AI practice generator.

Its sales enablement page covers labs for sellers and partners. The page doesn’t mention partner tiers, portals or deal registration.

3. Instruqt

Best for: software companies that want product labs and demos embedded across marketing, docs and partner training

Instruqt homepage

Instruqt, a Dutch company founded in 2018, spins up live copies of a vendor’s software in the browser. Labs can include VMs, containers and Kubernetes, and each session can get its own isolated AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account.

Labs can be dropped into landing pages, docs or an LMS over LTI, and engagement signals flow to Salesforce and HubSpot. AI-assisted authoring drafts labs from existing docs and repos. Harness, one of its published customers, used Instruqt to expand training to global partners with live, instructor-led sessions.

Most of Instruqt’s site is about product demos for prospects. Partner enablement shows up in its glossary and the Harness story, not as a product of its own.

4. Impartner

Best for: large channel programs that want one PRM for training, content, deal registration and MDF

Impartner homepage

Impartner says it was the first to coin the term “PRM,” and its platform covers the full partner lifecycle. Vendors can build code-free courses, lessons, quizzes and certification programs, give partners sales and marketing materials through an Asset Library, and use Journey Builder to create personalized onboarding journeys for each partner segment.

It also handles deal registration, multi-partner lead collaboration, through-channel marketing automation and market development funds. Integrations cover Salesforce (an AppExchange-approved managed package), Microsoft Dynamics through Microsoft AppSource, and HubSpot. Forrester named Impartner a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Partner Relationship Management, Q3 2023.

Training in Impartner is course-based, with no hands-on product labs.

5. Highspot

Best for: sales enablement teams extending content, training and coaching to partners

Highspot by Seismic homepage

Highspot is now part of Seismic. Its partner enablement product lets vendors tailor learning by partner tier or group with curated courses, quizzes and certifications, onboard partners on the roadmap and sales process, and keep on-brand content in one place with AI-powered search. AI-driven role play gives partners practice conversations, and analytics track content usage and learning KPIs.

Highspot lists more than 100 integrations, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teams and Outlook. Hyster-Yale Group, FedEx Office and Siemens Digital Industries Software are among the companies named on its partner enablement page.

If your direct sales team already uses Highspot, partners can get the same content and coaching.

6. Channelscaler (formerly Allbound)

Best for: mid-market and enterprise channel teams that want PRM and channel program automation together

Channelscaler homepage

Allbound acquired Channel Mechanics in 2024 and took the Channelscaler name in 2025. It lists head offices in San Mateo (California), Galway (Ireland) and London. The platform covers PRM, channel program automation, deal registration, partner portals, MDF and promotions, content delivery, training and program compliance.

Its partner LMS delivers structured onboarding, certification and ongoing learning, and Partner Journey Automation guides partners through each step. Channelscaler integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, and it has added Scailyn, an AI-powered channel agent. IDC named it a Leader in the inaugural IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Software 2025 Vendor Assessment.

MDF and promotions run in the same system as partner training.

7. ZINFI

Best for: enterprises that want a broad, modular partner management suite

ZINFI homepage

ZINFI, with an office in Pleasanton, California, sells Unified Partner Management, which it describes as 30 applications across six zones. Enablement runs through a SCORM-compliant learning management system with courses, certifications and assessments, plus a content library for co-branded sales and marketing materials.

The suite also covers partner recruitment and onboarding, deal registration, co-branded email campaigns, MDF allocation, commissions and rebates. CRM integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, SAP, Zoho, Oracle and NetSuite, and its agentic AI features are optional and under the customer’s control.

It is the one to look at if rebates and commissions matter as much as training.

8. Mindmatrix

Best for: channel teams that want PRM, through-channel marketing and sales enablement in one platform

Mindmatrix homepage

Mindmatrix was founded in 1998 and is based in Pittsburgh. Its platform combines PRM, through-channel marketing and channel sales enablement. Enablement features include an LMS, partner training and onboarding certification, a partner portal, co-branded assets and channel engagement analytics.

Automated onboarding, deal registration, tiering and multi-partner deal workflows sit alongside AI features for predictive partner insights and generating co-branded campaigns. It integrates with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot through SAML, OAuth and APIs.

Its homepage also lists alliance management, solution enablement and a marketplace with locators for ISV and SI alliances.

9. Channeltivity

Best for: growing B2B channel programs that want a straightforward PRM with built-in training

Channeltivity homepage

Channeltivity, based in Matthews, North Carolina, has supported channel programs since 2003. Its PRM gives partners a branded portal with content, training and communications, and its training and certification module builds structured learning paths, tracks completion and awards certifications through an integrated LMS.

Deal registration syncs with the CRM to prevent channel conflict. Native integrations cover Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with an open API, Zapier and single sign-on. Reporting covers partner health, pipeline contribution and program ROI.

Its homepage shows the Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 logos next to the demo button.

10. Skilljar

Best for: vendors running an external academy for customers and partners

Skilljar by Gainsight homepage

Skilljar, a Seattle company founded in 2013 and now part of Gainsight, is an external LMS for customer and partner education. Vendors build branded academies with learning paths, certifications with proctored exams, and LinkedIn and Credly badges, and track enrollments and engagement with built-in analytics.

It integrates with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo and Zendesk. For hands-on practice, Skilljar connects to outside lab platforms through APIs, webhooks and embedded iFrames, and its integrations page lists Instruqt, Skillable, CloudShare, Heropa and Skytap.

How to choose a partner enablement platform

Start with what partners need to do after training. If they will deploy, configure or demo your software, they need time in the real product, which is what CloudLabs, Skillable and Instruqt provide. If your main gaps are program management, deal registration and MDF, look at Impartner, Channelscaler, ZINFI, Mindmatrix or Channeltivity.

Check how the platform proves progress. A completion tick says little about whether a partner can deliver. Ask whether certifications are graded on hands-on work, whether status tiers can be tied to that work, and whether engagement data reaches your CRM so you can see which partners are moving deals.

Test the fit with your systems. Confirm the CRM integration, then check LMS and SSO support if partners already have a portal they log into.

Plan for partner-led events. If partners will run workshops for their own customers, look for co-branded portals and event support as well as self-paced courses.

Then pilot with a handful of partners on one product, and compare how they perform in the first deals they work afterward.

FAQ

What are the best partner enablement platforms?

It depends on the gap you are closing. For hands-on product proficiency, look at CloudLabs, Skillable and Instruqt. For running the partner program, Impartner, Channelscaler, ZINFI, Mindmatrix and Channeltivity. For sales content and coaching, Highspot. For a partner academy, Skilljar. The “best for” line on each entry shows where it fits.

What is CloudLabs?

CloudLabs is a hands-on lab platform used for partner enablement, technical training and product demos. It runs browser-based labs on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud, with tiered hands-on certification, co-branded partner portals and workshops, partner activity dashboards and CRM pipeline attribution.

Can CloudLabs work with an existing PRM or LMS?

Yes. Labs launch from an LMS over LTI, and partner engagement signals are pushed to the CRM, so CloudLabs can sit alongside a PRM that handles deal registration and MDF. For a ranking of the LMSs used for partner training, see the best partner training LMS platforms.

Conclusion

For partner enablement on technical products, CloudLabs is the best platform on this list.

It is the only platform here that both puts partners in the real product and runs a partner program on top of it. Partners practice in labs that can combine a cloud environment with the vendor’s own SaaS. Their Bronze, Silver or Gold status comes from graded work in those labs, and they can run co-branded workshops for their own customers. None of the PRM, sales enablement or academy tools on this list offers hands-on product labs, and Skillable’s and Instruqt’s sites don’t describe partner tiers or co-branded partner events.

CloudLabs also shows which partners are worth investing in, because lab activity feeds its dashboards and reaches the CRM for pipeline attribution.

It has also been used at scale, with more than 5 million labs provisioned, more than 1 million participants upskilled and more than 50,000 events supported. Check Point, Databricks, Palo Alto Networks and Red Hat are among the ISVs on its partner enablement page.

If deal registration and MDF are your biggest gaps, you will still want a PRM such as Impartner or Channelscaler next to it. If you need partners who can deploy and demo a technical product, start with CloudLabs.
