Automation Engineer/Lead – Azure/AWS/GCP

  • Location: Anywhere in India/Remote
  • Time: EMEA & US Shift Positions
  • Experience Level: 2 to 15+ years (Engineer through Architect Role’s)

Spektra Systems is seeking Cloud Automation professionals at various levels who possesses a passion for people and for emerging technologies. You are someone who looks for ways to automate everything that you do on daily basis. You’ll participate in developing automation toolsets for various cloud technologies across Azure/AWS/GCP.

Please note that you’re not required to have skills across all 3 public Cloud Platforms. You may apply for the position of one more such roles.  You would be developing automation and validation frameworks for CloudLabs offerings.

Automation Engineer- Azure:

  • Develop ARM Templates and PowerShell/Bash Scripts for Azure Resources Automation
  • Develop Custom RBAC Roles
  • Develop Custom Azure Policies
  • Develop repeatable Azure Blueprints
  • Develop Azure PowerShell/CLI scripts.
  • Test and Validate Runbooks and instructions.
  • Lead team of automation engineers (Lead role only)
  • Must have solid technology understanding of Microsoft Stack(M365, Azure and Windows)

Automation Engineer- AWS (Amazon Web Services):

  • Develop Cloud Formation Templates and PowerShell/Bash Scripts for AWS Resources Automation
  • Develop Custom IAM Roles
  • Develop Custom AWS Policies
  • Develop repeatable AWS Blueprints
  • Test and Validate Runbooks and instructions.
  • Lead team of automation engineers (Lead role only)
  • Must have solid technology understanding of AWS Stack and server infrastructure in general.
  • Develop AWS CLI scripts.

Automation Engineer- GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

  • Develop Google Deployment Manager templates
  • Develop Google Identity and Access Management Automation
  • Test and Validate Runbooks and instructions.
  • Use automation tools to automate GCP Infrastructure and Identity Solutions.
  • Lead team of automation engineers (Lead role only)
  • Must have solid technology understanding of GCP Stack and server infrastructure in general.
  • Develop CLI scripts.

Desired Candidate Profile (Varying, From level to level):

It is desired to have automation experience across.
  • Any of the Public Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Identity Solution(AD or any other Identity Solution)
  • Windows and Linux Server Infrastructure
  • Strong PowerShell/Bash/Python Script
  • Knowledge of tools such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet etc will be a bonus
  • Databases in General
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated.
  • Ability to lead team of implementation and support engineers
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
