Spektra Systems is looking for a Content Editor to oversee and optimize all content produced in-house to create a pleasant user experience. The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse team of content writers, designers, and marketing professionals. He/She will be responsible for creating an effective content strategy and facilitate the publication of engaging content across platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise in-house content team and freelancers
- Oversee all content production across teams
- Proofread, restructure and edit all content before publishing
- Produce high-impact industry related content
- Work with graphic designers and the marketing team for design and distribution of content
- Ensure content alignment with business needs as well as brand guide
- Manage the editorial calendar
- Come up with creative and new ideas for content creation and distribution
- Create compelling content for diverse platforms
Personal qualities and skills desired –
- 3-4 years of experience in content writing and editing
- Hands-on experience with content management systems
- Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills with impeccable grammar
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in conducting research and documentation
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp
- Strong attention to detail
