Content Editor

Spektra Systems is looking for a Content Editor to oversee and optimize all content produced in-house to create a pleasant user experience. The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse team of content writers, designers, and marketing professionals. He/She will be responsible for creating an effective content strategy and facilitate the publication of engaging content across platforms.  

Roles & Responsibilities  

• Supervise in-house content team and freelancers 
• Oversee all content production across teams  
• Proofread, restructure and edit all content before publishing 
• Produce high-impact industry related content 
• Work with graphic designers and the marketing team for design and distribution of content 
• Ensure content alignment with business needs as well as brand guide 
• Manage the editorial calendar 
• Come up with creative and new ideas for content creation and distribution 
• Create compelling content for diverse platforms  

Personal qualities and skills desired – 

• 3-4 years of experience in content writing and editing 
• Hands-on experience with content management systems  
• Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills with impeccable grammar 

• Effective communication skills 
• Experience in conducting research and documentation 
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research 
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp 
• Strong attention to detail
