Inside Sales – SaaS

  • Location: Anywhere in India/Remote
  • Time: US Shift Positions
  • Experience Level: 2+ years

Primary responsibility:

  • Own all qualified leads and track it through win/loss.
    • If lost, figure out internal solution or competitor. If competitor, then have added to a marketing queue to send automated emails.
    • If lost to competitor, track for ping back before renewal etc.
  • Track leads through HubSpot
  • Ensure that all information is properly updated in HubSpot
  • Follow up to prospects on identified timelines (w/o failure)
  • Schedule initial meetings with prospects / PSMs
  • Ability to listen into meetings and make meetings notes (action items, key items discussed, next steps, next timeline)
  • Hand hold (more account based marketing with standard templates) through the buying phase.
  • Once purchase is done, transfer account ownership to a PSM.
  • Work through 2PM PST.

Not responsible for:

  • Generating leads. We will have marketing generate leads or inflow through MS/AWS etc.
