Inside Sales – SaaS
- Location: Anywhere in India/Remote
- Time: US Shift Positions
- Experience Level: 2+ years
- Own all qualified leads and track it through win/loss.
- If lost, figure out internal solution or competitor. If competitor, then have added to a marketing queue to send automated emails.
- If lost to competitor, track for ping back before renewal etc.
- Track leads through HubSpot
- Ensure that all information is properly updated in HubSpot
- Follow up to prospects on identified timelines (w/o failure)
- Schedule initial meetings with prospects / PSMs
- Ability to listen into meetings and make meetings notes (action items, key items discussed, next steps, next timeline)
- Hand hold (more account based marketing with standard templates) through the buying phase.
- Once purchase is done, transfer account ownership to a PSM.
- Work through 2PM PST.
Not responsible for:
- Generating leads. We will have marketing generate leads or inflow through MS/AWS etc.
