Marketing Operations Associate

Spektra Systems is looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Associate to work closely with our branding, content and design teams. You will support the development, implementation and measurement of our marketing initiatives to promote the growth of the brand across diverse media and channels.  

Roles & Responsibilities  

  • Create email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, and others 
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to get visual collaterals for different platforms  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create exciting promotional activities   
  • Create, maintain and analyze metrics to enhance sales & marketing ROI based on industry best practices  
  • Create campaigns for LinkedIn/Facebook and track spend analysis  
  • Analyze campaign metrics Work on WordPress to ensure regular blog posting  

Personal qualities and skills desired  

  • Outstanding analytical skills   
  • Basic understanding of SEO/Google Analytics 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel for reporting  
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress/ other CMS 
  • Brownie points for prior experience in B2B SaaS space
