In 2025, C3 underwent a major front-end overhaul: the entire application was upgraded to Angular 17, resulting in clear improvements in performance, usability, and future-proofing. The result: faster loading times, smoother navigation, and a more responsive experience, whether you’re managing subscriptions, processing renewals, or building a custom marketplace. For busy CSPs juggling many customers and billing cycles, this upgrade translates into tangible time savings and fewer friction points. Internally, it also sets a more maintainable foundation for rolling out future features with agility. In short: C3 is no longer just powerful, it is now sleek, fast, and future-ready.

KPN and CSP Control Center Partnership

2025 wasn’t just about features; it was also about real-world validation and growth. In a landmark moment, C3 secured a major partnership with KPN, marking the largest single deal in C3’s history. This underscored C3’s maturation as an enterprise-grade platform, capable of meeting the demands of a top-tier CSP. With C3’s advanced billing automation capabilities, KPN is now positioned to streamline complex billing workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a more seamless experience for both resellers and customers. The partnership strengthens accuracy, transparency, and scalability across KPN’s billing operations, enabling smarter, automated financial management at enterprise scale. This collaboration not only validates C3’s role as a trusted billing automation platform but also reflects a shared commitment to modernizing cloud commerce with intelligent, next-generation solutions.

Key C3 Feature Enhancements in 2025

C3 continued to evolve throughout 2025 with updates designed to strengthen automation, improve partner workflows, and enhance operational visibility. These enhancements focus on making CSP operations more efficient, scalable, and easier to manage across diverse customer and reseller ecosystems.

CSP Control Center Partner Meets

On the engagement front, a series of partner meetings across Europe enabled the C3 team to gather feedback directly from partners such as SavacoVanroeyAureliumInspark, and KPN, refining workflows, understanding pain points, and reinforcing trust through collaboration. These interactions not only validated C3’s feature roadmap but also reinforced its value as a trusted operations backbone for global CSPs.

SaaSify: Enabling ISVs with Marketplace Growth, Automation & AI

While CloudLabs and C3 supported learning and operations, SaaSify advanced Spektra Systems’ vision by enabling ISVs with the tools and services they need to succeed in the modern cloud marketplace. Solely focusing on automation, global reach, and AI-driven enablement.

Catalyst 2025 & Marketplace Momentum

2025 started off with a major milestone for SaaSify: our participation at Catalyst 2025, where cloud-native ISVs, partners, and marketplace stakeholders convened to explore the future of cloud commerce. As a key platform enabling cloud-marketplace growth, SaaSify used this opportunity to highlight how marketplace dynamics are shifting, and why ISVs need more than just good products. They need streamlined operations, automated listing workflows, and integrated GTM support to leverage marketplace economies. At Catalyst, conversations centered on emerging trends like multi-cloud SaaS distribution, co-sell readiness, and the growing importance of usage-based billing. For many attendees, SaaSify provided a credible backbone for marketplace readiness, transforming manual listing, billing, and co-selling complexity into a smooth, repeatable process.

Automating Cloud Marketplace Operations: A Playbook for ISVs

June 2025 started with team SaaSify publishing the Playbook: Automating Cloud Marketplace Operations blog, a detailed guide for ISVs looking to scale across AWS, Azure, GCP, and more. The playbook explores how marketplace growth is exploding, with cloud marketplaces projected to reach tens of billions in valuation, yet many ISVs are held back by operational friction. SaaSify stands out as a no-code self-service platform to automate critical workflows: listing management, private-offer lifecycle, co-sell coordination, usage billing, and revenue operations. Further, a unified dashboard lets teams launch new listings in as little as 2 weeks, with no heavy engineering overhead. The result: faster time-to-market, fewer errors, scalable revenue growth, and the operational backbone to handle hundreds of deals once traction begins.

Strengthening ISV Enablement Through Strategic Workshops & Learning Series

In 2025, SaaSify focused heavily on community-driven learning and strategic knowledge-sharing with ISVs. SaaSify convened ISVs, hyperscaler experts, and channel stakeholders to share best practices for scaling SaaS on major cloud marketplaces. These sessions explored strategies around co-sell readiness, compliance, usage-based billing, marketplace listing standards, and GTM alignment. For participating ISVs, these events were more than webinars. They were strategic workshops that combined product readiness, marketplace compliance, and GTM planning under one roof.

  • SaaSify × PartnerInsights × AWS × Palo Alto Workshop
This workshop deep-dived into Palo Alto’s $1B+ marketplace strategy, highlighting how ISVs can align co-sell motions, partner programs, and automated sales workflows to accelerate revenue. Attendees received actionable guidance on scaling marketplace presence using real enterprise GTM models.
  • SaaSify × Flosum Hyperscaler Series
The Hyperscaler Webinar Series brought together our CEO, Manesh Raveendran, and Cathleen Nelson, VP, Partners & Cloud Sales at Flosum, to discuss their firsthand knowledge about what works and what doesn’t when building cloud partnerships that scale. By the end of the series, ISVs were able to unlock pre-committed cloud budgets through private offers and co-selling. Accelerate sales cycles by streamlining the procurement process. Lastly, leverage CRM automation to co-sell at scale, driving larger and faster deals.

GCP Marketplace Automation Playbook

By mid-2025, Google Cloud Marketplace had emerged as a high-growth channel for ISVs expanding beyond AWS and Azure. With this shift, SaaSify released the GCP Marketplace Automation Playbook blog to help ISVs navigate GCP’s offer lifecycle without rebuilding backend infrastructure. The guide explains how SaaSify’s no-code platform automates listing setup, compliance checks, private-offer configuration, billing and metering, co-sell integration, and subscription lifecycle management, all from a unified dashboard. This means ISVs can go live on GCP “out of the box,” losing none of their existing workflows. As marketplaces grow more fragmented, this automation layer becomes a competitive advantage: ISVs that adopt it unlock faster launch times, reduced manual effort, and a clean, consistent presence across multiple clouds.

SaaSify AI Agents for Azure Marketplace Onboarding

SaaSify AI Agents is a well-planned launch designed to target one of the biggest bottlenecks ISVs face: marketplace onboarding. Manual steps, compliance checks, and repetitive validations often slow down Azure Marketplace listings. SaaSi Agentic AI makes it all seamless, enabling ISVs to meet listing requirements, validate offer parameters, and streamline private-offer creation on the go. Drastically reducing the time and effort typically required for onboarding. By blending automation with guided workflows, the platform enables ISVs to move from product-ready to marketplace-ready with ease. The impact is immediate: faster time-to-market, fewer errors, and the ability to scale offers confidently across multiple regions. With Agentic AI managing the operational complexity, ISVs can stay focused on product innovation and go-to-market strategy rather than navigating marketplace procedures.

F1 with SaaSify

The “United States Grand Prix” event, branded F1 with SaaSify,” was offered as an exclusive sponsored pass to select AWS partners and ecosystem members, combining a day at the Grand Prix in Austin with premium hospitality, networking, and partner engagement. Attendance of the event was capped, registrations closed once capacity was reached. saasify.ai The experience was framed as a blend of high-energy entertainment and meaningful partner connection within the cloud and marketplace community.
